What happens if we go into overtime?

We will simply continue to charge you at your hourly rate. There is no additional fee above and beyond that. The resulting overages will be due in cash at your final drop off location.

Is there a minimum amount of passengers necessary to rent a vehicle?

No. You can have as few passengers as you would like. You can't, however, exceed the maximum passenger limit of each vehicle.

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Yes, a deposit will be required in order to reserve a vehicle. The deposit does go towards the grand total.

Do we have to stay in Greensboro?

No, we'll take you wherever you'd like! Please keep in mind that a very reasonable fuel surcharge may be due if you travel too far outside of our local service area.

Does Limousine Greensboro provide drinks or snacks?

No, we are not able to provide snacks or drinks. You are welcome to bring them yourself. We allow all food and drinks, including alcohol. Please remember that the legal drinking age is 21 years old, and anyone caught with alcohol below that age will be removed from the vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, personal checks, and money orders. We do have time cut offs for when we must stop accepting certain forms of payment before your pick up date, so please let your booking agent know what type of payment you plan on using. This way, we can be sure that you will get it in before the cut off date.

Can I smoke and drink on the vehicles?

If you are of legal drinking age then you can absolutely drink on board, as long as you bring your own beverages. However, all of our vehicles are non-smoking.

What if I'm traveling out of state?

We do our best to always have suggestions for our customers who are going to be out of state and need a limo for their vacation's itinerary, or whatever the reason for the trip. If you're heading into Tennessee, check out our friends at Nashville Party Bus!
